Join us for this 90-minute taster class designed for those curious about the regular weekly Vital Flow class— our signature group training for strength, flexibility, agility, fall prevention, and brain-body integration.

This is a perfect way to try out the class before joining regular Vital Flow group that has the option of meeting 1-3 times per week in two different locations.
What’s Next?After this 90-minute trial class, you’re invited to join a free 60-minute Vital Flow group class in either Portimão or Lagos, alongside our regular monthly group members who have already been practicing Vital Flow for some time.
This is a perfect opportunity to see if you connect with the group dynamic, the trainer, and the overall approach. If it feels like a good fit, you’ll have the option to join the ongoing program through a monthly subscription.
We currently offer 4 classes per week — 2 in Portimão and 2 in Lagos.
