    Some people arrive with pain, injuries, physical limitations, or fear of movement. Others feel healthy and active, but are looking for motivation, challenge, and a sense of community.

    This page helps you understand which type of training is right for you — and how you can progress over time.

  • How to choose the right starting point

    • If you have physical limitations, pain, health concerns, or lack confidence, personal sessions are usually the safest and most effective place to start.
    • If you feel generally healthy, independent, and confident in your movement, group classes may be a good fit.

    Many clients begin with private sessions and, as strength and confidence grow, naturally progress into small groups or group classes, such as Vital Flow.

    This progression is not an obligation — it's a sign of success.

  • 1. Private Sessions (Individual or Small Group)

    Private sessions are ideal for those with physical limitations, pain, injuries, health concerns, or for anyone who feels more comfortable starting with individual attention.
    These sessions provide a calm, safe, and fully personalised approach to movement.
    Private sessions include:
    • One-to-one or very small group sessions (up to 2 people)
    • Initial assessment to understand your movement needs, limitations, and goals
    • A fully personalised and progressive training approach
    • Supportive, respectful guidance to rebuild strength, mobility, balance, and confidence.
    Private sessions are often the starting point before progressing into small groups or group classes.
  • 2. Vital Flow Group Classes

    Vital Flow is a dynamic and inclusive group class designed for active, independent adults.

    It is ideal for people who enjoy moving with others and value motivation, creativity, and consistency.

    Vital Flow classes:

    • Are suitable for a wide range of fitness levels
    • Are not recommended for those with major health concerns or severe physical limitations
    • Focus on strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and fall prevention
    • Include creative, functional, and engaging movement approaches.

    Vital Flow offers energy, challenge, and community — supporting long-term movement confidence and enjoyment.

  • 3. Ninja Warriors Private Group

    A playful and empowering private group class inspired by martial arts and functional movement.
    This class is ideal for those looking for a fun, engaging, and energising alternative to traditional workouts.
    Ninja Warriors focuses on:
    • Strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
    • Simple self-defence-inspired movement patterns
    • Training in a supportive small group setting (maximum 6 participants)
    • Confidence-building through playful challenge.
    Not painful. Not boring.
    Just powerful, engaging, and fun movement.
  • 4. Animal Flow Private Group

    Animal Flow is a ground-based movement training system that is both challenging and deeply rewarding.

    This class focuses on reconnecting with the body’s natural movement potential.

    Animal Flow classes:

    • Improve strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination, and body awareness
    • Are adapted to suit mature bodies and a wide range of movement abilities
    • Take place in small groups of 3-6 participants
    • Offer a dynamic and mindful movement experience.

    Animal Flow supports confidence, control, and freedom of movement.

  • 5. Fall Prevention & Safe Landing

    Build Confidence, Prevent Injuries, and Age with Resilience.

    Falls are one of the leading causes of injury and loss of independence as we age.

    However, falling does not have to lead to injury — and it does not have to be inevitable.

    Fall Prevention & Safe Landing classes and workshops are designed to empower mature adults with the skills, strength, and confidence to prevent falls and to know how to fall safely if it ever happens.

    This program blends functional movement, balance training, agility, and dynamic coordination.

    You will learn how to:

    • Improve balance, reaction time, and spatial awareness
    • Strengthen legs and joints for everyday stability
    • Rebuild confidence and reduce fear of falling
    • Learn safe falling and landing techniques
    • Increase autonomy, safety, and resilience in daily life.

    Fall Prevention & Safe Landing is not just a class — it is a long-term investment in confidence, safety, and independence.

    • Sit and stand from a chair without using your hands
